The Editorial Process defines how all features within Business Celebrity Movement Magazine are developed, reviewed, and published. Each interview follows a structured system. Features are not created randomly, and publication is not automatic. Every story moves through a defined editorial pathway designed to ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment with the magazine’s direction. Source of Stories
All editorial features originate from individuals within the Business Celebrity Movement.
Participants request consideration through the official submission process. From there, the editorial team evaluates each request and determines which individuals move forward into the interview stage.
BCM Magazine does not source stories externally. All published features are drawn from within the movement itself.
Editorial Workflow
Each Featured Interview moves through the following stages:
1. Request for Consideration
An individual submits a request to be considered for a feature through the editorial team.
2. Editorial Review
The submission is evaluated based on relevance, clarity, and alignment with the magazine’s focus.
3. Interview Invitation
Selected individuals are invited to complete the official BCM Magazine interview.
4. Interview Completion
Participants submit their responses to the editorial team.
5. Editorial Structuring
Responses are reviewed, organized, and prepared using the magazine’s standard format.
6. Final Review & Approval
The completed feature is evaluated for publication.
7. Publication
Approved interviews are published in the Featured Interviews section of BCM Magazine.
Each stage ensures that every feature is developed intentionally and consistently.

BCM Magazine selects interviews based on specific editorial criteria.
Features are chosen based on:
Clarity of personal journey and development
Real experience within the Business Celebrity Movement

Not all submissions are published. Selection is based on alignment with the magazine’s purpose and editorial direction.
